What it does
One row per RING: who called, which menu path they took, who handled it (AI — with its persona name — or your operator, with pickup seconds), length, outcome, transcript. Even the 7:58 AM hang-up you would never have known about — one click on CALL BACK returns it with full context.
You write the menu (sales / support / demo / booking / voicemail), you cast the voices — a different voice per function, rotating sales voices so your "team" sounds like a team.
